Hey people!
Just to start of things and be proactive in the blogging which acts both as our 'learning report' as we go through the process of learning and sharing. Also this blog acts as a communication tool reflects the communication problems that we have with external (i.e schools, HPB and bureaucracy) as well for entertainment sake and real life problems at work. (internal conflicts) That's where our conflict manager needs ta work!
EXAMPLE
So here's the problem. Number ONE! There's this girl... she got citizenship in Singapore but we have no clue where she's from. Can speak many languages, but Chi c.m.i. Very difficult and very *teh*to deal with. Constantly 'attack my man hood' and makes a high pitch noise. Conflict manager, pls, how do I deal with this mystery for the sake of great group dynamics!
Hopefully we have a resident conflict manager that can give sound advice for all : )
Anyway for ease of the writer and the editor, only personal blogs like these that are for our own reflection and entertainment that shouldn't go into the report, we should categorize something like *personal* entry in the titling.
