Accounts

Ok guyz, here's the accounts, after so long i'm finally free enough to put this up.

Our team started with $180 - $38.24 ( total printing $33.65 + snail mailing of registered package of CD-roms and thank you letter to the pri sch $4.59 ) = $141.76 / 9 pax = $15.75 each. From the $20 each of us contributed at the start of the project, we will each be getting back $15.75 after deducting the printing and mailing cost. Below will be the accounts for people who forked out additional $$ to pay for things but our treasury fund had no more $$ to fund them immediately.

Kate, Audrey, Chen Meihui will each be getting back $15.75

Total - $62.08 + $15.75

Debit away $3.375 (NM4212)

Total 30B/W + 17 Colour pages + file = ( 30 x $0.05 ) + ( 17 x $0.60 ) + $1.80 = $13.50
Divide cost by 4 = $13.50 / 4 = $3.375 each

Total - $8.55 + $15.75


Shaun

All groceries for final event - $161.55
2 more A3 paper and board - $5.80

Total - $167.35
--> I think I forgot to calculate in the $15.75 for Shaun.... I will get the $$ transferred to you. Hehe... paiseh.

Report printing - $14.25

Total - $14.25 + $15.75 - $3.375 (NM4212) = $26.63

Total = $15.75 - $3.375 (NM4212) = $12.38
