Concerns

Some concerns that need to be addressed:

1. If RMPS so warmly welcomes us after negotiation on tuesday and we're ok with working under their restrictions, do we strike a deal on the spot? FYI: Alvin, TMH and me going down on Tuesday 9am.

2. Peer evaluation
Just wanted to point out that meetings on fri 4-7pm and thurs 12pm automatically excludes those who have lessons. will that ultimately be a point of consideration when doing peer evaluation that some of us didnt attend the meetings as often and as long hours as the rest of us and hence less effort? the job scopes and appointments so far also have huge discrepancy in workload (eg. compare treasurer & writers... or PR with secretary). i thought it's good to iron this out right at the start among us rather than leave it to the end to start pointing fingers around and friendships sour? =) Cuz Halcyon today just mentioned there's no such thing as everyone gets 100% together. So i guess our main objective is just to play down the possible discrepancy.
